From the first meeting with Boyd to discuss the plans for our renovation we felt confident that BT were capable of completing the work to give us a finished product that met our expectations. In our preliminary discussions we talked about the desired outcome and listed the work we wanted done, with reference to the plans that had already been drawn up. We were appreciative of the input that helped us to determine the final details.
We were pleased with the price quoted for the job, and were able to include some extra work and stay within our budget.
We found the crews who came to work on the project at different times very easy to talk to and discuss the job. Their work was excellent and reflects very well on the BT business. We were very pleased with the skill shown by the carpenters, their attention to detail and the care they took to make sure the new work blended seamlessly with the old.
A renovation has the potential to run into unforeseen problems and while we had one variation to the contract, mostly the crew were able to work around the problems and adapt without any major concern.

"We employed BT builders to do a large renovation, over a 6 month period on our family home. As our young family was still living in the house during the renovations it was important that the renovations were completed with respect to our family lifestyle. This required open communication between ourselves and BT builders to ensure all parties understood what was happening.
Boyd met us most mornings to discuss progress, costs and offered alternatives based on his previous experience. BT builders kept our yard safe and clean, which was important to us as we have young children. Each afternoon they did a tidy up and put away potential hazards. All of the builders and contractors used by BT builders on our home were polite and took time to interact with our young and inquisitive children..
The finished project was completed within the suggested time frame and the quality of workmanship far outweighed our expectations.
